General information

We require an external water tap and electricity plug socket to complete the service at your location.

We do not operate on the side of busy roads or in pay and display public car parks.

We will not attempt to climb on top of high vehicles such as vans/caravans when performing our services.

All personal belongings must be removed before the service starts
-
If any personal belongings are left inside the vehicle, we will not accept any liability for loss or damage of the items.

Baby seats must be removed before the service starts. If the baby seat cannot be removed, we will do our best to clean around the area of the seat.

Glove boxes and centre consoles are not cleaned within any of our services unless we are advised to do so by the customer.

We do not work in extreme weather situations.

If we feel the weather is inappropriate to complete the service, we will contact you regarding rescheduling.

We have access to a 3x4.5M gazebo that we will use in certain weather conditions. If you think your location is too small for our gazebo, please get in touch.

Booking & cancelation policies

All bookings must be made 24 hours in advance. For emergency bookings, we charge an additional £30 as a call out fee.

Any job that is completed 10+ miles from CB7 5RZ, will have a £1.00 per mile travel fee applied. This will be completed via bank transfer, with details being exchanged upon completion of the job.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you have until 48 hours before the start to do so, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the booking amount.

RYR Autospa has the right to decline, cancel or reschedule any bookings that they wish to do so. If your booking is cancelled by us, we will refund your deposit.

All bookings must pay the desired deposit amount (if eligible) to ensure your booking goes ahead.

Payments

We accept Cash, Card or Bank Transfer

All payments must be made upon completion of the service.

If for any reason you are unable to pay your remaining balance after completion. You will have 24 hours to pay otherwise additional fees will be applied.

Additional fees are calculated from the amount of time it takes you to pay your remaining balance.

If you fail to pay your remaining balance after the 24 hours, you will be given 14 days to pay any remaining balance and additional fees. Failure to do so will result in action from Small Claims Court which you will also have to pay additional fees for.

Deposits will be repaid once the job is completed and you have paid the correct fee.

Maintenance details/valets

Maintenance valets are only available to previous customers who have booked in ONE of our packages (excluding the Basic package), within the past 6 weeks.

If you attempt to book a maintenance valet without a previous booking, it will be cancelled and you will be advised to rebook.

Maintenance customers must stick to bookings within a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6-week period. If you fail to maintain this, you wont be eligible.

A maintenance valet is only offered to vehicles that don't need much attention. If you book a maintenance valet and your vehicle is in a bad condition, you will be charged extra.

Privacy

We use social media as our main marketing tool, meaning your vehicle will most likely make it onto one of our platforms. If this is the case, any personal information such as number plates and home address will be covered/ not be visible to any viewers.

We do not share any data with any third party companies.
